Why Westward for Bathrooms

Bathrooms are easy to build badly.

A bad bathroom doesn't announce itself. It shows up three years later in peeling grout, mildew behind the tile, a toilet that sweats, or a vanity that starts to curl at the base. Our baths get built by the same in-house trades every time, so the details that don't show stay dry and the details that do show stay perfect.

In-house plumbing

Our plumber is on our team every day. Pressure balancing, shower valves, drain layouts, radiant floor heat, pot fillers. Done by someone who'll be on the next project too.

Waterproofing that lasts

Schluter, Kerdi, proper pan slopes, tested-before-tile membrane work. Most bathroom failures trace back to a bad substrate. We do it the slow way.

Ventilation sized to the room

Undersized exhaust fans grow mold. We size to the room and the shower volume, duct it straight to the outside, and wire it on a humidity sensor so you don't have to think about it.

Finish work you can touch

Grout joints you could take a ruler to, natural stone sealed before grouting, cabinetry from the same shops we use on kitchens, and hardware that still turns smoothly in year ten.

Thinking about a bathroom remodel?

Let's walk the space together.

Primary bath, guest bath, or powder room, the conversation starts the same way. We'll visit, ask about how you actually use it, and give you an honest read on scope, timeline, and what's needed.
