ADUs

California's 2026 law updates (SB 543, AB 1154, AB 462) just widened the design flexibility for accessory dwelling units. We help Peninsula homeowners and investors turn that opening into a detached guest house, a rental-income unit, a garage conversion, or a compound-style addition, all while keeping the permit process tight and the build on schedule.

  • Detached ADUs, up to 1,200 sqft under California rules
  • Attached ADUs with their own entrance, kitchen, and bath

ADUs are the fastest service we offer to bring to permit and the highest-yield on-lot build for most Peninsula owners. Typical design-to-permit timeline: 4 to 6 months.

  • Plumbing + electrical upgrades (in-house), including panel capacity for induction and EV
  • Waterproofing and ventilation done by the same crew every time, so nothing comes back to haunt you five years in
